My name is Ronnie Phillips.

I specialize in helping parents develop a strong educational foundation for their

children. I do this by customizing an individual plan of strategies and techniques for

parents, that can be implemented at home and in the community.
 
Through this one on one program, parents will become more knowledgeable, focus,
 
organized, and discipline. They will learn how to motivate their children to become

successful in school and life.

I have successfully worked with parents for several years,
 
My successful experiences as a teacher, counselor, principal, and superintendent
 
have enabled me to draw successful strategies from hundreds of successful parents
 
and educators. I will share with parents what I have learned and what successful

parents have done for years to develop academically strong children.

I also customizes a plan for high school students (8th thru 12th grade).

You are probably asking if this program will work for me.
 
Yes, that's why I customize the program for the specific needs of the parent.
 
I start by having the parent complete a parenting assessment form which will supply
 
me with enough information to have our first conversation. My first conversation is a 
 
twenty-minute complimentary planning session. After the meeting, I develop an

outline for the eight-week program.
 
How many sessions are in this program? How long is each session?
 
The coaching program consists of 8 1-hour sessions. I would prefer to schedule one
 
session a week.
 
I am flexible about the one-hour session.
 
During the sessions, we cover whatever we agreed on during our planning meeting.
 
Parents who are motivated generally cover more information during our sessions.
 
Regardless of parent skill level, he or she will make excellent progress during this
 
​program.
